My only complaint is that I wasn’t told that you don’t just pick an open bike and that you are assigned a number that corresponds to which bike you should use. I haven’t been to a spin class in 5 years so I didn’t know! I asked one of the instructors about this after class and they said that ClassPass assigns you a number but I wasn’t able to find anything in the app or in the emails received about the reservation. Now that I know this, I will be sure to ask each time I come in!

    Greg is such a pure and kind soul that makes class fun for everyone but please please no loud sparklers or whatever was set off during the Thurs 5:30 class to celebrate someone. It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

    Honestly such a great class and a good vibe. The studio is nice - it didn’t bother me that the water station and stuff was downstairs. There are lockers upstairs as well. The only downside is you have to pay to rent shoes and I personally don’t cycle enough to invest in shoes but it would be worth it!

    Kara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail).     I really loved this class! I’ve taken a few boxing classes before, but this tops all of them. The gym itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the actual setup was great. I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.

    The toned down class is great for beginners. Got there a few min early and Jessica explained all the components of the equipment and placements of hands and feet.
