I was running a little late but they still let me complete my service and told me upfront that there wouldn’t be time for a massage (which I was totally fine with). I also dinged the polish on my big toe before leaving and they fixed it without having to completely start over. I had no problem booking through CP and there wasn’t any payment confusion as mentioned in another user’s review. I brought cash to add as a tip at the end (because it was well-deserved!).

You can tell she really customizes the appointment based on your skin type! For example, I have a ton of blackheads on my nose, and Iris was able to target those with a specialized treatment. My only complaint is that when I asked what they recommended for my skin type I assumed the options they were giving me were included in the price of my custom facial. At no point was it made clear that I would have an additional charge by taking the estheticians recommendation. I only found out when leaving and they told me there was an additional 50$ charge. I enjoyed my experience, but had I known I may have opted for a different treatment or not booked through class pass at all since I didn’t save any money in the end.

Classpass only called 2 days later to schedule my appointment and now my stylist was booked at that time and I couldn’t change anything because the appointment was now prepaid.
