visa alla recensionerI don’t usually like attending the Balwyn studio due to older facilities, but Tara makes it worthwhile! This was the best hot strength class I’ve done and I absolutely loved the way she incorporated Pilates postures throughout the class instead of doing boring strength exercises the whole time. It was also the perfect level of challenging and not too repetitive.

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed this class! Taylah is a wonderful teacher and I appreciated her helping with adjustments and encouraging us all by our names. I do find classes at this studio to be the best compared to other studios in the area. I always find I do something in the class that I haven’t done before, and it feels like a community. Will continue to attend this studio!
