visa alla recensionerIt’s a lovely studio with convenient parking and a welcoming atmosphere. The temperature and music were great. I was hoping for a proper stretching class, but it was more of a gentle breathing and mobility session. We spent a lot of time lying down doing slow movements, which felt relaxing but didn’t give the deep stretches I wanted. Still a nice class overall — I’ll give it another try!
