Yoga Strength Conditioning with Weights (45-min)

I enjoyed this class! Challenging but I felt stronger after. Also went by quick, which I like. Apparently this instructor was subbing for the usual instructor for this class but it was fab. Not a heated class but no AC so it was definitely hot in there! Would opt for shorts/ something breezier.

    Power Hour

The instructor was lovely even if slightly different and more traditional vinyasa compared to the usual power hour. My major issue as a recently is The Super unsustainable wipes that have been traded in for regular cloth towels and are starting to make the mats fall apart all over our bodies, and don’t feel like they are getting things as clean in the studio

    Noir Yin & Restore

genuinely my favorite yoga class I've ever taken. Instructor and community were amazing, I felt so safe and unjudged and encouraged to explore and be curious in my practice. love the studio space, I will say it's a bit warm in there so I'd recommend a mat towel, the mats are also slightly too close together so you might bump knees with your neighbor

    Pole 101 Fundamentals

Tried pole dancing for the first time and I honestly loved it. I went in a little nervous, but the instructor made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to guide me whenever I needed help. I learned so much in just one class and left feeling more confident and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall 🤍

    Dynamic Divine Massage (90 min)

Wow, this is my second session with kat and she’s really an angel on earth!! i’ve done two different styles and each time i left feeling lighter, looser, freer, and so tenderly held. she’s so passionate and amazing at what she does and the space at lucent is so soothing and also uplifting! it’s really beautiful especially being in the type of space it is (lots of different small suites for businesses). they’ve made it such a special space to receive all types of energy and bodywork. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! my shoulders are the most eased and relaxed they’ve been IN YEARS! and for you tense shoulders-to-your-ears folks, you know what a blessing that is. go to lucent! see kat! feeling amazing!

    Heated Power Yoga

I believe in divine intervention for this exact reason. I was at a different studio doing a different kind of workout and the teacher was 30 minutes late, so I left and looked for a place to go to yoga. What did I find but the 6:15 PM heated yoga class, it was gonna start in 15 minutes. I made my way over and I had none other than an amazing experience with Nicole as my instructor. Highly recommend this class Nicole was great and she offered great hands-on adjustments.
