I will say, if you prefer a relaxing meditative yoga experience, this might not be for you. However, this class was very instructional and beginner-friendly, with constant communication and adjustments.

visa alla recensionerInstructor was amazing, gave clear instruction and played great music, only feedback is that the lights were incredibly bright the entire time and over half of the class left early. it’s super disruptive when people leave early especially in a yoga class. I know that’s not the instructors fault but if there is any way to limit this or have people who have to leave early sit by the door that might help.

visa alla recensionerfirst time here. really convenient location, great class. the studio itself is pretty cool, nice changing room, very clean. good instructor, great adjustments. she spoke clearly and slowly... very much like the flow of the class. I was dripping sweat!! I'll return for sure!

visa alla recensionerI do love this class- challenging and kind instructor- but I wish the music volume was lower. It is deafening and almost painful to me, and it makes it difficult to hear the instruction over the mic. It was hard to follow along because of it.

visa alla recensionerShannon was awesome and so encouraging! The Hot Pilates workout was tough but there was options to take it at your own speed and intensity, so it can be catered to all levels. I wish the speaker was working a little better because the music would cut out in the middle of a plank and that would be rough!! But overall amazing place!

I always enjoy her teachings on more advanced poses, and I seek out her classes on the schedule. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great workout with lots of sweat!
