I'm usually intimidated by lifting weights but I feel comfortable and ready when I come here. I highly recommend this place for beginners or even people who want a challenge. He gave us counts for every movement which made everything easier and went over things step by step until the class gets it. 10/10 will recommend especially if you’re a first timer like me.
