visa alla recensionerGreat workout. The large reformers are harder for my small build, i prefer the smaller ones but still a good workout. I just wished we could see the instructor better if you’re along the edges but I understand that’s the only layout of the reformers that would work.

visa alla recensionerBest Bodyrok class I’ve ever taken! Gabi was amazing. Workout was hard but not impossible, music was great, and energy was top tier. I also loved that when Gabi made corrections, she turned off her mic so as not to make anyone feel on the spot/embarrassed/uncomfortable. Will absolutely be taking her classes in the future! Highly recommend

visa alla recensionerEmily is one of the best instructors at SLT. Routines are always challenging, but doable and her sense of humor is unmatched. Makes me laugh through the pain. Burnt the most cals (200+) in her classes over other SLT/Lagree classes and my hands were shaking at my desk even 60 mins after class! Thanks!
