I loved everything about it - having the extra 15 mins rly allowed us time to enter slowly into practice and then the practice itself was fantastic. Everything flowed together and it was just the right amount of challenging while still being meditative and calming. I came to Mazal for a deep tissue massage after reading the positive reviews and it’s the best decision I’ve made - it’s the best massage I’ve had. Filippa is so thorough, really listens and tailors the massage to the individual. I was so tense and have been struggling to sleep, grinding my teeth etc and she even released tension to help my bruxism.

She is also very skilled with the singing bowls and creates a beautiful sound bath experience that is genuinely immersive and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to shorten or remove the introductory meditation and breathing section and really limit the talk at the beginning. For me, this part doesn't add much value as the meditative aspect is already naturally incorporated into both the yin practice and the sound bath. I would much rather use that time for additional poses or a longer sound bath, which are the real strengths of the class.
