visa alla recensionerOne of the best Pilates classes I’ve ever been to- Boo was amazing, creating such a calm and supportive atmosphere and a full body workout, she also provided adjustments without judgement. Beautiful space and such a treat to have a complimentary wellness shot from the cafe next door. I would recommend this class to people of all abilities, although perhaps I shouldn’t, as then there won’t be space for me to attend! Thank you for a beautiful start to the week - I think it’s safe to say that we all left feeling as though we were floating on a cloud.

The studio itself is beautiful and the lady at the desk (sorry didn’t catch her name) was so friendly showing me exactly where everything was and generally just made me feel very welcome.
