visa alla recensionerAustin’s teaching feels fluid not simply because the sequence flows, but because he is reading the whole room in real time. He does not just look at isolated body parts or correct every small imperfection. He sees the larger movement pattern: breath, weight, direction, rhythm, fear, effort, and whether the student is still able to learn from within the pose. When the pattern is alive, he gives space. When it breaks, he intervenes with a clear demonstration or precise adjustment. His demonstrations are not performances; he truly helps students to progress.
