visa alla recensionerI was never told I had to pay for the cycling shoes. I always bring my own but today decided to go for a run after cycling so I didn’t. I’ve been SO MANY TIMES to SoulCycle and not once was I told I had to pay for the shoes. It’s just “very convenient” how they always offer it and made it sound like it’s for free just to make you pay at the end.

visa alla recensionerThis yoga class was truly rejuvenating. It started with gentle warm-ups and transitioned into a lightweight flow, building strength and flexibility. The instructor's guidance was excellent. Towards the end, we had a short meditation and relaxation session, letting go of tension through guided visualization. The calming atmosphere left me feeling peaceful :)

visa alla recensionerI enjoyed the fact that it was a small class and that the instructor made me feel welcomed. The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.
