Was a nice circuit, definitely got a good workout in. It’s adapted to beginner to intermediate. I come from an MMA background and did appreciate the intensity of the workout but prefer pad work. Overall though great class and they have everything you need like gloves, towels, showers and a good cardio sweat. Happy in switched it up for this class and tried something new!
