Ernesto was very accommodating, even at one point providing me with an extra towel! He applied excellent (significant) pressure and was very good with his elbows! Although the space is quite small, just one room in a larger sort of maze of suites of other businesses. The setup and equipment in use seem to all be extremely high quality and very nice. We exchanged podcast recommendations during our conversation. I’ll be checking out Morbid, while Ernesto checks out a DnD podcast I’m currently hooked on! They give you clothes to wear and a small private curtained area with a bed and tv and headphones so you can watch Netflix etc. The infrared device is like a sleeping bag. It does get very hot and you’ll sweat a lot. The staff come in a few times to check on you and you can ask them to turn the heat up or down. The experience itself is very relaxing. Would try it again, esp would feel great on a cold winter day.
