visa alla recensionerBrian was an incredible instructor! He pushed me harder than any workout I’ve done all week, and it was easily the toughest class I’ve taken recently. As challenging as it was, I felt so much better walking out than I did walking in. It was almost like all the soreness and tension I was carrying disappeared and got replaced by a well-earned burn in my back muscles, which I’m completely okay with. Thanks for an amazing workout, Brian!
