    Matt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

    There was a good balance of stretching, strengthening and balancing poses with good transitions in this class. instructor gave clear instructions, lots of alternatives or variations and encouraged challenging the body. 1 hour 15 min went by very quickly.     I would definitely recommend getting there early for your first class - they are super helpful explaining everything and getting you set up with spin shoes and adjusting the bike to your height and arm length. This is a full body workout! Not just cycling but also crunches and weights for a little arm workout in the middle. At first it was a little overwhelming because it was louder than I expected and I didn’t know they would turn off the lights for parts of the workout - but the class grew on me as it went and I ended up loving it! Also, they provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

    I appreciate her emphasis on form. Life is always go go go- often I feel rushed during yoga classes. I loved the slow pace. It helped me lean into the poses which made it that much more challenging. The phrase “invest in your transition” really stuck with me. I’ve been to so many classes, but this one felt special.     I had done a few starter/intro classes which I felt comfortable in, but was nervous to take it to the next level. I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.
