visa alla recensionerThis class was great! But I will say I think instructors need to bring down the volume of music because sometimes we can’t hear instructions when instructors are trying to speak. Another thing is, no modifications will be given so try to think to yourself what can you do to modify your workout without straining any part of your body.

visa alla recensionerLoved this class! For a beginner in Pilates and ReFormer, the class was excellent. Camille was extremely helpful and super kind. She ran through the workout prior to class and assisted me with getting into the proper pose/positions throughout the workout. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.
