visa alla recensionerApril is one of the best instructors I’ve had in the 5 years I’ve done reformer Pilates! I travel to Sydney regularly for work and have done a few of April’s classes now and she is just fantastic. She is high energy and fun, I like that her classes are challenging but inclusive no matter your skill level. As someone who has recently had surgery and is fresh back to exercise April gave very clear instructions and was able to offer me adjustments, checking in regularly across the class. The moves and technique she teaches is some of the most advanced I’ve seen across instructors and I really feel like I’m developing in her classes!
