visa alla recensionerI LOVE this class! I've gone to vinyasa/yin a couple times with Taye and every time I go, I leave feeling renewed and so much better. The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!

visa alla recensionerFantastic small studio. No mirrors, which I kind of liked! The studio is along the road but the passing cars kind of gives a white noise effect that I didn’t mind at all. My instructor was wonderful, gave lots of great cues and still ran the class even though it was only me. I appreciated her so much!

I love the location and I love Hanna it was my first class with her she is so amazing, so upbeat, happy, patient, will help if your struggling with a pose I will definitely return. I came from Alexandria va and it’s definitely worth the drive everyone at Yoga Amour is amazing the owner, the staff and the people I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and wonderful yoga experience!
