visa alla recensionerGreat teacher! The class was full to the point that she removed her mat so that someone could have her space, though it did not impact the class at all. She gave such good verbal cues that she did not need to demonstrate anything. Great slow flow class. She gave different levels/options based on what you were in the mood for too.
