She creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere while making sure everyone is working with good technique. The class was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and full of energy. I would definitely take another class with her. Highly recommended!

Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß, sauber und angenehm, die Materialien waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich. Auch die kleinen Extras, wie der angebotene Tee und das Wasser nach dem Kurs, fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Beim Pilateskurs selbst hätte ich mir jedoch etwas mehr persönliche Betreuung gewünscht. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Trainer zwischendurch durch den Raum gegangen wäre, um einzelne Übungen zu korrigieren oder kurzes Feedback zur Ausführung zu geben. Da er die gesamte Zeit vorne geblieben ist, hat mir dieser Aspekt eines Präsenzkurses etwas gefehlt.
