visa alla recensionerI LOVED the class and the new concept. Please keep it!! Lara was also amazing!! Super good. One small advice: It gets really hot in the room quickly and the workout is tough. Maybe 1-2 fans in the corner would be great, as the air was quite bad quickly in the room. I was sweating in the warm up already. But again, the class was amazing 😍

visa alla recensionerThe studio space is gorgeous, and the manager was so welcoming. There is coffee, tea, and filtered water for free! More importantly, Donna’s class was INCREDIBLE. She gave such nice cues, was attentive to everyone’s form, and gave us all the info we needed to modify or intensify the movements. It was a great balance of legs, core, and upper body and Donna was so encouraging and supportive the whole time!
