visa alla recensionerBen is such a skilled and creative trainer with really great energy, extremely precise instructions and corrections, and will give you some additional facts about the movements you are currently doing; highly recommend his classes!

visa alla recensionerI left the class after 20 min lmao. It was the most humble experience for me so far. Noemi was really nice, she gave me water and another girl from class gave me some jelly gums because I needed some sugar. Definitely high intensive class. I’ll try lagree again but after gaining more strength

visa alla recensionerNoemi is easily one of my top three Lagree instructors in Berlin! 🔥 She’s incredibly attentive to technique and always makes sure every movement is performed correctly. I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍
