I'd say this isn't a beginner class (ashtanga inspired vinyasa) – it'd be hard without having had ashtanga experience in the past, and it's not an instructional class. Luisa was super sweet and competent, though I would've appreciated a quick check in about injuries (maybe the expectation is that you're experienced enough to know your own modifications??)

Through the red lighting, carefully curated music, and uniquely crafted sequences, she creates an atmosphere that feels both inspiring and deeply nurturing. There is such a special energy in the room, filled with creativity, warmth, and intention. I am incredibly grateful to have found Evita. She pours so much heart and soul into every class, and it truly shows.

visa alla recensionerIch hatte eine richtig schöne Erfahrung bei SUNYOGA ✨ Die 90 Minuten waren einfach perfekt man kann komplett abschalten und gleichzeitig neue Energie tanken. Fatma ist eine unglaublich angenehme Trainerin ruhig, aufmerksam und erklärt alles sehr klar, sodass man sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Besonders schön fand ich, dass sie am Ende gesungen hat – sie hat wirklich eine Stimme wie ein Engel. Das hat mir extrem gut getan und war ein ganz besonderer Moment 🕊️ Ich gehe sehr gerne zu ihr und komme immer wieder gern hin. Ich hatte auch schon Erfahrungen mit Samadhi und Thomas – genauso herzlich und eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre. Was ich besonders schätze: Wenn ich mal etwas falsch mache, korrigiert sie mich liebevoll. Das hilft total und zeigt, wie viel Herz sie in ihre Arbeit steckt. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und sauber. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder 🧘♂️💛

visa alla recensionerCan really recommend Aranza‘s class! She is super nice, gives clear and kind instructions and offers creative transitions in her flows. She also checks for first timers, injuries and consent for hands - on corrections in the beginning of her class, which I find super important and sadly not always a given in berlin yoga classes.

The instructor Julia gave great alternatives suitable for pregnant women, which made me feel comfortable during the class. The class size was small, which made it feel very personal – the instructor paid great attention to my individual needs and limitations and gave helpful guidance for improvement. The teacher was professional, kind, and supportive. The overall vibe with soft music, candles, and a thoughtfully designed space made the experience very relaxing and authentic.

visa alla recensionerDer Kurs war ein wunderschöner Start ins Wochenende. Das Studio befindet sich in einer sehr gemütlichen Remise im Hinterhof und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Matten und das gesamte Equipment haben super Qualität. Hannah hat uns sehr gut durch die Praxis geführt. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass sie bei vielen Asanas nicht nur erklärt hat, wie wir am besten in die Positionen finden, sondern auch hilfreiche Hands-on-Adjustments gegeben hat. Dadurch habe ich mich während der gesamten Stunde sehr gut begleitet gefühlt. Ich komme wieder :)
