visa alla recensionerI was a little sceptical as there were no reviews for this class but I needn’t be. I spoke to Lisa before the class started and she explained that she has been a yoga teacher for a number of years but had only recently joined the ClassPass scheme. The reason I say I needn’t have been worried was that even though I have been to quite a few classes around the area this was by far the best. Lisa’s style is very easy to follow, she’s friendly and made the class fun whilst being conscious of the ability of her students. There were clearly lots of regulars but also a couple of people that were new to yoga, they were next to me so I could hear their comments and even though they found it tough they were saying how much they enjoyed it and how good they felt, if that’s not an endorsement I don’t know what is. I’ll definitely be back to this class but I’m also keen to try one of the other classes Lisa teaches in the area. If you’re looking for a new class give this a go you won’t regret it.
