The programming was good, this was upper body day and I got a good coverage of all the major muscles. The people were all friendly. I am shy but felt welcome and not pressured to be social which I appreciate.

I did wish they had clocks on the walls to know how long you were in each pool since they have a recommended 15 minute limit for any one pool. All of the plants were named and I thought that was adorable.
