visa alla recensionerReally liked the stations and the structure of the class. However, the instructor didn't lead us through a warmup or a cooldown. Had I known this wasn't a part of the class I would have arrived early to stretch and warmup.

visa alla recensionerBrooke was great! The workout was very subtly intense, made me use muscles I didn’t know I had. Props were all easy to use. I was mildly intimidated as I’d never taken a Pilates class, but it was a super mellow and laid-back vibe. Much like EVERY class I’ve taken at Tula.
