They were very apologetic and said they will give hot stone at my next visit. The masseuse was very sweet - accidents happen and I appreciate that they were apologetic about the mistake. But it turned out to be the best facial I’ve ever had. By the end of the session, I already noticed a difference—my skin looked fresher, more lifted, and noticeably younger. It was incredibly clean, glowing, and more even, and all the puffiness was gone right away. It honestly looked like I had rested for weeks.
