Usually I'm the type who gets cold easily, but today's session had me sweating and completely forgetting about the AC. Loved the challenge, especially the plank and push-up variations. Coach was patient, supportive, and knew exactly when to step in when I was struggling. Finished the class with shaky legs but a big smile 😆 Thank you, Coach, staff, and Allure studio! ✨

visa alla recensionerSUPER GOBYOS!!! I would say this class was for seasoned yogis or beginners who had done strength training because I think it was a strength-based class. Coach Indira explained the sections of the class and the cues were all crystal clear. I unlocked my first bakasana here and held it for 5 secs!!! 😭🫶🏻 I guess because a lot of drills at first so my body had warmed up and my muscles were ready for inversions/arm balance.
