    Great class as always with Mat, he has great energy and music but one thing I would like him to do is to say the speed range we should shoot for on the treadmill. For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

    Megan was awesome!! I doubletreaded and she yelled out the intervals just for me! She checked in on me throughout and was just generally an awesome and super encouraging instructor. Loved the workout as always!!
