visa alla recensionerSaturday afternoon classes are few and far between so when I saw that there was a power class at 4:30 I signed up! I travelled about a half an hour just to attend and it was totally worth it. Flow was great, challenging if you needed it to be. Instructor had a very positive energy and clear cues. Temperature was great and kept me very focused. Overall lovely for a Sat afternoon! Thank you Left Coast for having this late afternoon option available!
