Just messed around with friends. He explained each drill in a way that was very easy to understand. We worked solely on jabs that day. In one class, my understanding of how the jab works and how it’s used was multiplied ten fold. Again, I’m sorry I don’t remember the coaches name, but he had a European accent, possibly British. Excellent coach!

This class happens in studio B a few doors down from the karate studio that you see when you enter the plaza. The owners & staff are so kind and made me feel really welcomed and gave me a mini tour. My instructor/trainer was AJ and he did a fantastic job of explaining the exercises and circuits. The class size wasn’t too big so the instructor was able to give me really specific feedback (like correct form) to help me get the most out of the workout - super grateful for this! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!
