visa alla recensionerThe class was really awesome! Miss Amy is a great instructor and she motivated us/ me when she saw me getting tired. I would say this is a more intermediate/ advanced class because I’ve never been to Pilates before. You can modify almost all the exercises but I’ve never been in a warm room like that exercising so I got nauseous towards the end😅
