visa alla recensionerEllie was an incredible teacher! It was my second class, so she explained everything in detail, whilst challenging me at the same time. She could easily see my ability was beyond a beginner without me telling her, and I love that she took me out of my comfort zone (enough to challenge me and make it fun but not too much to where I could not handle it). She was so so so friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door! Her expertise, passion and enthusiasm shine through! Thanks Ellie ❤️

visa alla recensionerSeeing I was going to train alone, the kind lady at the front desk asked the instructors if I could join the hiit / strength class. I was a bit nervous about taking part in a group class but I’m really glad I did it. The class was brilliant. The instructors were really upbeat and motivating, there was a good variety of different exercises and the instructors were checking for form. I will definitely be back again.
