visa alla recensionerEnjoyed her class very much. Clear instructions and had a good burn. Was sweating buckets after class ended! Unfortunately studio doesn’t have shower facilities, just washroom. Parking is ok - have to park basement with Rm2/hr if roadside parking is full.

The teacher was super supportive, giving clear instructions and walking around to check everyone’s posture while explaining why each pose matters. It was pretty challenging for me, i managed around 60–70% of the poses but I’m excited to keep improving in the future

Her hands-on corrections and verbal guidance helped me improve my posture and breathing throughout the session. The class was challenging in a good way, and I left feeling stronger and more confident. Will definitely be back!
