Every time I thought something was easy, I would make a small adjustment based on the instructors feedback and would instantly feel the burn. As someone who is recovering from a strained arch in their foot, I found the class challenging, and a great low impact, ankle stabilizing / strengthening class.

There were quite a few people who were much older (I’m 31). If you want to make it more difficult, definitely add some risers.
