Hands down my favorite hot mat instructor. Her classes are always challenging but so fun, and there’s so much variation so it never feels repetitive. She brings the best energy to every class and somehow keeps everyone motivated from start to finish. You can really tell she puts a lot of thought into her flows. Always leave class feeling stronger and in such a good mood 🤍

visa alla recensionerSo nice to take Christophe’s class again—I've known him since HK, and it’s great to see him now at KOR Bali. His attention to detail and hands-on corrections are still top-notch. The class was well-paced with a strong focus on form, and definitely delivered a deep, controlled burn. Always feel stronger (and properly challenged) after his sessions. Highly recommend!

She addressed people individually, made sure that everybody could follow along while giving options for everybody's individual level. I would highly recommend the class with her and I will certainly come back. Bluvana is very strict with the grip socks though, you have to bring them or buy them there. Also, the reformer was making some weird noises while using so I think it might not be the best quality. Overall very good experience though.
