visa alla recensionerLoved my Pilates session here! 🤍 The studio is lovely, and they also have a sauna and swimming pool, which is such a nice bonus. I was running a little late today, but the instructor was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The class definitely made me sweat too! 😆 It’s a little far from Seminyak, but honestly, I think I’ll be coming back here again and again. 🤗✨

visa alla recensionerLove this Sunset Flow! Bit military, but in a good way, still super supportive. Lots of peak poses, balances, backbends, and different options to play with! Challenging but really fun. And bonus: pretty sunset after yoga.

visa alla recensionerI loved the chanting - never experienced it before! It was so refreshing. The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.
