The class, environment, and instructor were phenomenal. The class was relaxing, restoring, and balancing. No difficult poses, just luxurious stretches and mindful breathing. The instructor, Amanda, provided demonstrations of every move with modifications for those who needed it. She was helpful, kind, and mindful of different levels in the room. The environment was very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. 10/10 would attend again!
