She planned the flow well and gradually increased intensity that match our energy level that she helped prepared us and warmed up during the early part of the class. I really liked how she also assisted and adjusted our alignment. The quick aroma massage she gave made my stiff neck and shoulders relieved. Really appreciated . The studio is clean and a spacious separate changing room for women with lockers.

Despite it being a heatwave in the city, the space was cool and calm and Malcolm brought energy, warmth and fun to the sculpt class. Highly recommend for a welcoming atmosphere and a fun full body yoga sculpt workout.

Super symphatische Yogalehrerin, herzlich, daran wie sie überraschend einleuchtend erklärt ist zu merken, dass sie sich wirklich auskennt, dafür ehrlich interessiert und damit beschäftigt. Die Ankunftsbeschreibung war sehr hilfreich geschrieben. Alles in allem hervorragend, bestätigt absolut dass Yoga vor Ort den Weg wert ist. Würde ich wieder machen und ist zu empfehlen.
