I definitely felt the burn from start to finish (in a good way!). Milly has a great energy and kept me motivated for the entire class. He personally coached me throughout the session, corrected my technique, and made sure I understood the fundamentals while challenging me to improve. You can really tell he's passionate about the sport and genuinely invested in helping his students progress. It was a morning class at 7:30, I was the only student and there wasn’t anyone around, yet J didn’t close the class and held personal training with me which I really enjoyed! Will come back again!!
