The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and incredibly nice, and they did a great job with my hair treatment. I was really happy with the results. Just one small area for improvement would be to be a little more careful during the hair wash and handling. There were quite a few times when soapy water splashed onto my face, and I was accidentally scratched lightly a few times by a stylist’s nail while my hair was being handled. Nothing major, a little more care would make the experience exceptional . I had a lovely experience and really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was. Would happily come back again!

Although he’s only 23, he was patient, friendly, and very attentive. I wanted a haircut that framed my face to make it look slimmer, and he styled my long hair exactly how I envisioned. She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
