Liam was excellent, he explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. He gave great tips on making the experience worthwhile. Also offered me a cup of their kava before the experience, which I had never tried before. Will definitely come back in the future.

visa alla recensionerI wasn’t booked in correctly by city cave staff, when I showed up they said I hadn’t booked but when I mentioned it was via class pass then they checked an email and saw it should have been booked in. I had to wait 40 minutes to get into an available sauna. Then when I was finished the guy was sat outside the door waiting to clean the room, a little bit uncomfortable. If you book via ClassPass I would check you receive an email from city cave too so you know they have booked you in correctly.

visa alla recensionerReally enjoyed my June visit. Lovely owner, lovely tea afterwards, float was as expected and a huge float space in room 2. Second visit in November on a Sunday morning was not as good. The music was distracting and very not relaxing (weirdly saxophone and drum heavy?) and front desk staff were not welcoming. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The front desk lady invited me to have tea afterwards, in what seemed to be a completely empty venue, but the vibes were so far off I had to refuse. She didn’t seem like she wanted to get out of her chair, so figured I wouldn’t put her out with my presence any longer. I won’t be returning.

Some people (staff?) were talking quite loudly throughout and I could hear the conversation through the provided earplugs which detracted a bit from the experience. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.

visa alla recensionerI had an amazing experience City Cave Aspley. I booked for a 45minute sauna and enjoyed being able to have a shower afterwards to freshen up. Followed by a 45minute massage by Viviana. This was the best massage I have ever received. I had upper back/neck/shoulder pain and she worked on this but also relieved tension in other areas I wasn’t aware I was holding it. I look forward to returning.

Belle is a fantastic masseuse, without a doubt one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I explained my areas of concern and Belle worked her magic and took the time to focus on my tense areas.
