The exercises are dynamic, well thought out and fantastic for those who are after a quality work out. She has the perfect demeanour and delivery for a Pilates instructor, consistently demonstrating different exercises and providing alternatives for those who want to push themselves more. I always look forward to Emily’s classes.

visa alla recensionerThe description for the Ignite class doesn't match. Ignite is a HIIT class, not gym time as per the description. The staff were super friendly and were happy for me to do gym time instead. I was prepared to join the class, but unfortunately no one else showed up, so I just had free time in the gym. The gym was tidy, well equipped, not too busy, and the staff were very helpful.
