visa alla recensionerJessina planned the class well and clearly explained each posture and variations so that we can follow correctly at the start. Even though I am not new to yoga, it was a good experience to revisit the basic yoga postures and checked if I did it correctly with good alignment. The space of the studio was well organized. The class was a bit bigger than other studio I have tried but Jessina and Sophia engaged everyone well. Will come back to try other classes.

visa alla recensionerDas ist die beste Beschäftigung, die ich in München hatte, um Frauen zu melken. Der Trainer ist einfach charmant , aber gleichzeitig anspruchsvoll. Der Club hat mir gefallen, weil es nur für Frauen ist, und deshalb ist alles bequem und man kann sich entspannt fühlen. Ich habe beschlossen, ein Abonnement für diesen Club dauerhaft zu kaufen.Danke;)

She planned the flow well and gradually increased intensity that match our energy level that she helped prepared us and warmed up during the early part of the class. I really liked how she also assisted and adjusted our alignment. The quick aroma massage she gave made my stiff neck and shoulders relieved. Really appreciated . The studio is clean and a spacious separate changing room for women with lockers.

visa alla recensionerThe flow was gentle but gradually intensify to the right pace suited to my focus and first yoga after a few months . Lilli was creative and open minded in her posture design. I like that during the class she reminded us to take our own paces and revisit each posture that we felt needed. It was my first time at the studio and it was cleaned, well-equipped and quite spacious. Will definitely come back.
