I really appreciate that she demonstrates the movements and takes the time to make sure everyone is performing them correctly. Her attention to form makes a huge difference in getting the most out of the workout. 10/10 for me! My only complaint with the classes I’ve taken at The Daily Pilates is that there always seems to be an issue where the music cuts out.

The 4:30 time on Sunday is perfect, not too early not too late. A perfect way to end a long week or a reset to start the week.

visa alla recensionerGreat class! I was worried I wouldn't have enough experience for this class but Nikki's cues are very clear and she keeps an eye on your form and adjusts as necessary. She also offered ways to ramp up and ramp down the exercise so that you can tailor it to how your body feels. Definitely one of my favorite teachers here.
