However, shortly after the class ended, the next teacher came in and started blasting her music. It jolted me out of my relaxed state. I wish she had waited closer to her class time or when most of the previous class had left the room

visa alla recensionerThis class was really challenging for someone like me who just does yoga casually from YouTube videos lol but I really enjoyed it. There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!

She also offered ways to ramp up and ramp down the exercise so that you can tailor it to how your body feels. Definitely one of my favorite teachers here.
