visa alla recensionerMargaret has such a calming vibe in and out of the class. Her voice was so soothing for the yin/restorative class. She talked for most of class, but it was nice because it made me focus on what she was saying versus the pain i was feeling in the deep stretching. She showed examples of poses to use in yin vs restore. It was a very nice balance and I left the class feeling SUPER relaxed.
