visa alla recensionerFusion Strength and Balance - I have taken lots of mobility classes and this was by far the best one. Sara was inviting and knew what she was doing. I have arthritis and sit all day for work. In other classes, I have left with a pulled muscle and feeling depleted. Leaving Sara's class I felt amazing and my hips were no longer creaking. The studio is clean and the yoga mats used were nothing like the thin mats provided with other studios. It felt like a cloud which is perfect for my arthritic knees and my sticky socks actually stuck to them making less stress on my feet. I definitely would recommend this studio to any and everyone!
