The class is gentle and encouraging and the instructor, McKenzie, conveys her care for the class and the well being we’re all working towards in her tone and intention. I will def be taking more classes.

visa alla recensionerOverall the class was great! The instructor was very motivating and gave options to make the movements more difficult or more comfortable. You get a really great workout in especially targeting specific muscles throughout the class. Although we were toning and doing pilates movements my heart rate was also up!
