visa alla recensionerOmg my favorite Mind the Mat instructor! Sydney had my abs on fire five minutes into class. Her playlist was awesome and a great way to kick off my morning! The class didn’t feel like 95 degrees, but her exercises and energy made up for the lack of heat. I don’t blame her for the lack of heat though, I’ve noticed none of the classes at this location are really heated. I’ll be back for her core work for sure though!

Then a 90 minute myofascial massage focusing on an area that has been troubling me for years. The massage was challenging because I had so much pain in my body, but the next day I felt amazing. Highly recommended!
